Hard to believe a plain black spider could be so beautiful, but they are! The pulchra is on my must-have list. Nice genic too!
What is the common name for the Nhandu coloratovillosus?

nice!
My pulchra just molted, and she's so black, she's blue!
I think she's probably in the top 3 beautys in my collection.
I can't wait till my emilia gets larger like yours as well :)

Awesome pics! :) And your T's are just gorgeous... I am impressed by the look of your G. pulchra :D Mine is only about 1,5" right now and I can not wait till it gets the size as yours... And as I noticed how slowly Grammostola pulchra species grows, I think it would be in my next life... ;) =D

Every time I see a nice pic of an adult G.pulchra I kick myself for having sold mine in 2001... I'm going to have to buy a confirmed female adult to replace her! I have a sling, but as stated previously, they grow SO slow...

Excellent pics and that is probably the best looking pulchra I've seen yet!:D

She is very calm and docile, no aggression at all.
