Moult timing between instar for jumping spider slings?

I currently have P. Audax jumping spider slings that are in the 1st instar and have been for a couple weeks now. How long does it take for them to moult into the 2nd instar and disperse from the nest? I’m just wondering so I can have fruit flies ready for them.

Fairly quickly as they are small. Temperature also has an impact.
