As nasty as Tokays can be, they actually make pretty good parents. They guard their young pretty ferociously.I'm surprised they don't eat their hatchlings
There does seem to be a genetic component to the temperament and we are selecting and holding back the nicest of them.-=}GA']['OR{=-;2367130 said:These are really cool geckos. Nice to see some tame ones. Are you breeding them for the tame trait?
Cool...I always wanted to get some of these, even with the fact that they are aggressive. Never got around to it. It would be cool to get some that are calm. There does seem to be a genetic component to the temperament and we are selecting and holding back the nicest of them.
The last ones I had were out of the egg less than 1 day before someone on the waiting list claimed them. Send me a PM with your email and I can get you on the list if you're interested - and that keeps the admins happy since they don't like the sales talk on the discussion threads.that is very good news. got any captive bred babies with good temperament parents for sale?
