What is the most aggressive tarantula (I’m also asking for the species within the genus) with the strongest venom? I’m asking because I want to have one. Thanks a lot in advance.

I would never do that to an animal. You don't come across as someone who should have that...but im not going to help you along and I hope no one else does either. If you can't even put the effort in to do a search for nefarious and or immature reasons, what kind of pet owner are you?

I don’t think it’s smart to take in a living creature just on an urge. Do you currently own any other species?
Yes, I have the A. Geniculata, L. Parahybana, A. Seemani, and the P.auratus

No, I’m asking because I want to have the most aggressive spider with the most potent venom so I can get used to owning the Asian species as they’re known to be aggressive.

You're going about this totally wrong, I actually can't tell if you are just at the wind up here!
There is no way you're getting answers to those questions sounds like you really don't care about the animals imo.

Asian species are shy, if set up correctly they are the opposite of agressive.

There are ways to avoid cornering them even when rehousing, so they should not become defensive even then.

Treat every T like it's an old world, even your new worlds.

Keep your beginner species alive for a while and then work your way up. Most medically significant species have advanced husbandry requirements.

If you won't search for low hanging fruit I guarantee you won't research their husbandry requirements.

Exactly how aggressive or venomous is a dead T?

Don't get any of them, start with fast new worlds look at the psalmopoeus genus there one of the best entry ways into getting fast old world Tarantulas. Pick a species do the research then buy the spider forget about old world species just now.

My Lasiodora parahybana seems to habitually attack water while the Phormictopus sp., Orange Bitey Thing, Theraphosa stirmi, Acanthoscurria geniculata and Pelinobius muticus all either do not, or shy away from it. Therefore I would say Lasiodora parahybana.

You stated above you already have one.

Be happy.

with the strongest venom?
I couldn't tell you as I have (quite thankfully) yet to be envenomated by any of my tarantulas. Might I inquire if you have seen the infamous Shampain88 OBT bite video? If not I highly recommend a view as it could be quite educational.

I'll say one thing for the nasty Ts. They grow fast. You'll have something to show for it in no time. Just don't get tagged.

if they get a quick OW with medicaly significant venom, and get tagged, because of lack of experience, its bad representation for the tarantula keeping community.

i know you know that. I can only assume you do. I just had to say it. Because thats the first thing that comes to my mind.

a B boehmei can cause a lot of damage in certain situations. It can be as risky as any old world, if not worse.

owning a tarantula for its potential of causing harm is probably the worse reasons of all. And i would suppose it fits the bill for animal cruelty, because youll never see it in action unless you provoke it.

the truth is, the higher the venom and speed, the more they hide. Youll rarely see it if youre doing a great job. Nothing to show off to your friends unless you irritate it.
