I apologize if this offends anyone. I find this video to be pretty funny. It's a chimp smoking a cig. Apparently, smoking is allowed at this zoo. The chimp apparently mimicked humans and now gets cigs flicked over to him from time to time. Now the zoo has signs begging visitors to stop giving him cigarettes. They're trying to get the chimp to stop smoking.
