I totally disagree with the myg comment...

Probably a gnaphosid.

No, it can't be a myg. It was found under a piece of bark on a dead tree. And it doesn't have the short stubby legs.

Mygs dont have to have short stubby legs, but the carapace is the part that is wrong...

Erik, I think he has a pair. A male and a female, who both just molted.
