FWI: the heat and humidity gauges are on top of the lid and the setup is next to my pacman frog's tank to assist humidity.

i took the pics when it was eating a pinhead cricket, so it wouldn't bolt when i did it. it also gives a close-up effect when comparing the second and third pics.

well, it recently turned down a cricket, so i think a molt might be on the way. but i am not 100% sure, especially since i've yet to anger it enough to try to hair me, therefore it has a full patch.

if i may revive this thread, i have more images:

Violet (yet another bad pic; curse you, extended premolt stage!):

my tarantula shelf, possibly the best pic i've ever taken.

the grand gallery of Cancer (hey, if people can name their Ts "Hitler"....):

yeah, it sure was. recently, she tried to make it more spaceous, but ended up collapsing it, so i had to move the pudding cup around. on the bright side, i was able to get a new photo op.

i REALLY liked how the second one came out.

and it isn't a T, but i couldn't resist snapshotting my lungfish getting cozy with my shovelnose. or finally getting a decent picture of myself.

oh, something i forgot to mention, i changed Can's (cute nickname, huh?) setup to accomodate both the burrowing and terrestrial sides of her, as you can kinda see in the first new pic.

thanks. in celebration of Violet's new skin, i washed and reorganized her tank.

my T shelf. you can also see the things surrounding it, including my pacman frog's tank, national science league award, and empty jars (one of which will be Violet's next tank). you can also see Cancer going about in her own tank.

a close-up of the tank. that's right....now it has piece of a fake plant.

ooh, spooky lighting. since Violet's larger, it'll be easier to photograph her. but it's still not as easy as i can with Cancer.
