I need to get better photos of these guys, but it's almost 3:30am and my kids are asleep, so would rather not wake them with needless banging around.

I just got a male and female in, and am expecting four more in eventually. They'll need to be fecal checked and such, but I'm liking mini tree boas! Candoia carinata carinata, this one's a male.

Candoia are one of my favorite snakes. I prefer the Isabel Is., locale of the ground boas (C. c. paulsoni) to the others in the group. I love their angular shaped heads, zig-zag patterns, highly variable color and pattern combos, and how they resemble vipers. They are really exotic-looking to me. Really hoping to get my hands on a pair of Isabel Islands this year!
