My pulchra should mature within 6 months and is already betrothed. Sent off my male blondi last week, but the trip must have stressed him out, he passed away this morning a virgin. My B. cyaneifemur has been mature for months, but no one has an adult female. My G. aureostriata has been living with her male since April 04. Have a male for my B. vagans, they have an uneasy, but weekly relationship. Socrates G. rosea, "Socrates" gets funky with all four of my females, a different one each week.
C. fasciatum, male, out on breeding loan, became dinner.
B. albopilosum, out on breeding loan, became dinner.
B. smithi, male, out on breeding loan.

And the beat goes on....

cricket, yes, Socrates is doing well, I think it's because he gets a little EVERY week. Keeps him young, ya know!

I really don't mind males, I'm just tired of falling in love with these little babies and having to send them off after just a few months with them. I just want one hand raised baby not to leave my nest!!

It's been a year, I REALLY don't think I'll be getting babies out of that one!! Wish I would have known, you don't seem to have ANY problems getting successful sacs!

Oh Greg, you wouldn't BELIEVE him! Is his name "Timex", cuz he REALLY takes a lickin' and BOY is he tickin'! I haven't seen such a beat-up, skinny male in a long time! His butt has two long scars on it, he's had hemo leaks everywhere, but the moment he gets near her, the drumming starts!! I was wondering if I should let her eat him, since she tries after every single mating. But he doesn't seem to be suffering one bit for all of his ugliness!! Besides.... I LOVE HIM!! Oh, he IS the vibrating vagans in the vibrating vagans thread. Amazing creature!

LOL, He was definitely a fun one, full of personality and vigor...After that leg incident how can you blame her to want a little revenge anyway glad to hear he's still going and being enjoyed.
Oh and with the 4 or 5 females he has been with we should be getting some vagan slings out of at least one of them Terri :}
