Mites Maybe?

I was feeding my bearded dragon today and cleaning his cage
and all of the other things I do for him....

I went to remove the paper from his tank and saw a tiny
little beast run across the paper

Just wondering if this could have been a mite
and what is the best way to deal with them?

And now that I think of it, how the heck can they live in a dry hot tank?

if it is a mite, there will probably be lots more on your BD. look around the eyes, ears, and any skin folds and creases (elbow joint, etc.) you might need a magnifier to see them easier. I have had to get rid of herp mites two times and it is a pain, it can be done though.
