They were two choices: Hyphessobrycon pulchripinnis and Pelvicachromis pulcher.
Little Acanthoscurria geniculata juvie got Hyphessobrycon pulchripinnis and Theraphosa blondi females got Pelvicachromis pulcher.

Sure all couldnt get the same meal...

And btw... smell was awesome after two days :-D

I heard too much fish can cause an unhealthy buildup of iron... or something like that... Cool pics nonetheless!

Why last? There was someone herearound (Fince?) who said he used it as food rather regularly. There seems to be some people prejudiced towards fish, but to hells with them as long as they have no good reasons :)

Cool pictures )

LOL :) Freddie that fish was too big bite. Cut it to an more piece..The gluttonous tarantulas are want eat whole fish, but it's long time (term) for them. If you give for them big pieces meat simultaneously, the bad smell will come together from your terrariums...

And after the eating, it is necessary to remove the remains of the fish (mice, rat, frog, chicken meat...or whatever) immediately....

I don't hear that, but I think the fish can't cause any problems. I’ve been using fish to feed my tarantulas with for more years, and my spiders are healthy.

My experiencies you could be find here:

Why would i have cut it cos there was only few t's to who i gave those? And they ate them. No problem with that. And i took those crap-pieces away as soon as possible. I know why the smell was there, i know how i got rid of that - happy end for all. Those blondi females dont eat if they dont want to.
