do they exhibit the same defense mechanism (i.e., spinning cartwheel of death) as the robostum?

Havenโ€™t heard of any instances where they do and I donโ€™t bother my tarantulas outside of rehousing so havenโ€™t experienced any kind of defensive behaviors (no hair kicking either)

One of my favorites I ordered a juvie female that was packed poorly and arrived crushed I was really bummed out. I am trying my luck again and ordered a sub adult female from a different breeder she should be here this week

My velvetosoma will square up with her rear legs but doesn't kick or throw up a threat pose choosing to flee instead definitely a mellow tarantula
