Meet Marie, the rough scaled sand boa

Here are a few pictures of my female rough scaled sand boa, Marie. She is about 4 years old and a real sweet little girl. I just love this species. Does anyone else here keep these guys?

I also keep a few myself:

1.1.0 E. conicus
3.6.0 E. colubrinus (1.1 amelanistic, 1.3 anerythristic, 1.0 het. anerythristic, 0.1 normal, 0.1 snow)

My rough scales are both sub-adult, but the East African (Kenyan) albino male is paired with my normal female, who is in her pre-ovulation swell as we speak.

Erycines are awesome, but I wish species like E. tataricus, E. elegans, E. jayakari, E. miliaris, and E. jaculus were as common as ours.

Sounds like you have a pretty good collection of Kenyans there! I know what you are saying about wishing the other species were more available. The next species that I think I will try will be E. johnii, if I can get my hands on a couple.
