His actual name is Juno. He just responds more to Meester Meester.



His favourite things are crickets, begging to explore, and a newly discovered talent screeching like a banshee.

Leopard geckos normally don't make a peep past juvenile stages. This guy.. no no, he now feels the need to tell me vocally how he's feeling that evening.

I like the little guy, nice coloration to it. Been thinking about getting some sort of lizard like this (or a chameleon) but the only problem is the increase in maintenance they require over tarantulas...

Leos aren't much maintenance at all. They require more equipment and monitoring, but other than feeding an adult 3 times a week and supplements they're much easier than say a fish or a cat.

Chameleons have a reputation of being difficult. A leopard gecko is the better choice for a first lizard.
