Yes, I did a search and didn't find anything.

I have heard that they can grow up to aprox. 8"
They're very large T's.

I've heard up to 10 inches. My mature male didn't get that big though. I have seen some really big stocky females too. I would say at least 8 inches, possibly more.

8" realistically. They're reported to get up around ten. Blondi's are reported to get to almost 12" but how many people here have one that big? I'd say between zero and maybe 5.

The thing about genics is that the 7"-8" is a very bulky, heavy bodied 7"-8" which IMO is more impressive than a spindly 10".

I have seen one that was huge! It was definately a FAT 8 inches. Total beef cake. I had an immature male that recently molted, still not mature, good 5.5 inches. Way bigger than a female rose hair and it was still an immature male!

Well if the tarantulas legs were stretched out I would think you could get a 10". But when you measure you just measure them sitting naturally. so 8. Either way in my opinion you arent going to find a Better looking tarantula. Robust and beautiful. T blondi might have the size advantage... but it cant touch the Genic as far as beauty.

My male matured at 6.5" stretched out, maybe 7" if measured diagonally. The reasonable size to expect of a mature female would be 8", maybe 9".

I have an a. Geniculata female called ziggy...... At the moment she is around 8 inches, and built like a brick house.
She's the calmest tarantula out of all my collection and loves to be handled.
If I don't get her out..... Then she comes out on her own.
Her diet is mainly insects, with the odd pinky thrown in, from time to time.

They dont love to be handled they can not bond with you and it is actually quite dangerous for them especially hheavy boddied terrestrials....SPLATT , and stop feeding it mice they dont need that either. And this is a thread from 2008.
