I'm hoping to mate some pairs of Phrynus marginemaculatus. Does anyone have advice on what size enclosure a pair needs to facilitate mating and avoid cannibalism? Any other tips and tricks for successful sexy times?

I used 32 oz deli containers, made sure I had a male and female(most important part, since they are a bit tricky to sex), and left them in together overnight. They are fairly communal in my experience, and I kept a pair together for a while until the female produced an eggsac. I kept them together after that, but she eventually ate him. I have a communal of about 9 captive bred and produced individuals. Just make sure both are well fed before hand, make sure both are members of the opposite sex, and leave them together over night. Good luck, these are some of my favorite phrynids.
