Mantis ID please

I have been finding these at work a lot lately. I put these 2 together today. The girl is about 4.5 inches long and the boy about 3.5 inches.

These were caught in a business area in Overland Park, KS (Kansas City Metro)

I can get better pictures, just tell me which angle you prefer.
