Mantis Humidity

I recently got a spiny flower mantis and I’m trying to figure out the best ways to give her humidity. I’ve been putting a damp paper towel in there every morning, is this enough? I do live in a fairly dry mountain town. She’s about the size of a dime so I’m hesitant to do too much. I’ve heard someone say they put their mantis enclosure in the bathroom when they shower, is this a good idea? I apologize for the long post, this is my first mantis.

Mist with a spray bottle filled with bottled water. Just enough to have a light layer of droplets on the sides and decor so it can drink. Do that once a day.
