so this morning I saw my mantis was trying to molt at the bottom of her enclosure and I know that’s a bad sign. I tried to carefully move her from her big enclosure to a small cricket cage just so I can put her upside down and hopefully help. I see that she still had molt stuck on her face and she has a leg that’s slightly misshapen. My question is will she survive despite me moving her? I know during this time you’re not supposed to touch them but I couldn’t risk her dying at the bottom. I’m hoping I didn’t do to much damage

You’re damn lucky it’s not stuck to her mandibles. Just gently pull it off, may take her antennae with it. The leg is no issue.
