Mantids moulting

How often will mantids shed their skins, on average?

Is it similar to tarantulas, in as much as the more you feed them, the sooner they will shed?

I have about 35 Chinese mantis nymphs that haven't moulted once yet. I am eager for them to get up a couple of instars, as I know the more they progress, the less chance they have of dying off.

I have gone from roughly 200 nymphs to what I have left in just over a week, and don't want to lose any more!

My Chinese mantid nymphs molt once every week with regular feeding (every 1-2 days). They will molt sooner if you powerfeed by keeping food available at all times.
