mantids feeding
Hello All,
I feed my small nymphs every other day 3-4 fruit flies or pin heads.
If feeding pin heads I get the un eaten ones out, this way my mantis will grow faster. Once they matured I feed less once or twice a week only.

Hi,
You can feed nymphs until they won't take any food anymore. You can't overfeed them, if they had enough, they just won't be interested. Just remove the feeders (in the case of crickets) in that case, because they can eat your mantis. How much they will eat depens on a number of factors: temperature, time since shedding, etc. You just got to see and learn.
