is that an A. Genic.? Mine has molted like 5 times since I got it about a year or so ago. Already up to about 3".

yes, it is..not sure exactly when I got it...somewhere around Aug. Sept. of last year, and it was extremely tiny when I got it.

Here's my little guy.
I got mine on June 16, 2004. He has molted 8 times since Ive had him. I am kind of glad it's a boy because I have an semi adult female waiting for him to mature.
Heres one of him the day i got him and the next two is just the other day a couple days after the 8th molt.

oh yes genic grow very fast and loves to eat, I mean eat a lot, their an eating machine. my genic is about the same age as yours Chris.
heres mine I got him on June 20th 2004 he was about an inch, the pics is from when he was 2 months old and the other is his current size.
too bad its a male.

Awesome pics! I have a tiny one now - almost an inch. He (she?) hasn't molted yet, but I'm excited to see this one grow up fast. They have such beautiful coloration.

I got mine at 1/4 inch. She has molted twice in my care. Now she is .75 inch. Still looks like a naked baby. She doesnt seem to be growing alot per molt. When do they get the adult colors? She is finally starting to eat like a genic though.

I have 3 others that havent grown quite as much as this little guy has (that's why im taking a guess and calling it male ) But maybe you'll get lucky, and due to it's slow growth, it may be female..who knows.
The others I have are still under 1", and they came from the same batch.
