I just got myself a good looking male G. rosea at a pet shop near here. He's in suprisingly good health coming from that place. He's going to visit my fat female eventually, I hope he comes out alive. Here he is:
He's mature now...I have one that was supposed to be an immature male, but it's a female too. He has two girls to visit, but one just molted and will have to wait a few weeks.
Let us know how it works out -- I've heard that G. Rosea is difficult to breed (Why? I don't know.)
The petstore here has a mature male G. Rosea and if they happen to get a mature female, then I'll buy them both and try to breed a spider for my first time.
i havent found them that hard to breed, its just an eggsac issue.
although i've been passing a couple males through my collection and none of them did the deed. Very odd, since they've made the rounds a month ago, and 4 females were inseminated (theoretically)...
