Hey, I live in Maine, otherwise known as the tarantula desert of the world. I fell in love with Ts but anyone familiar with Maine's weird and archaic laws knows we can only keep three of the Grammastola species (pulchra, rosea, and pulchripes, to be exact).
I have several of each of these, and I love them all, but I need more spiders in my life so I've started to collect wild specimens from the farm where I work. I'm in early days yet with getting things pulled together, but I would love to hear of any other Maine keepers out there: what do you collect, and where? I'm sure my family can't wait to hear I'm only going upta camp if I can collect dock spiders this year...
