Well i have around 6-7 mid-large crickets underneath the hot water tank and i dont want to use fire or cold may make my house explode. i was thinking about poisoned food would this work? any suggestions? please i cant stand the chirping its driving me mad :wall:

If its no where near your pets, just use bug spray like Raid. It pretty much only kills if it makes contact with the insects so it should be pretty harmless to everything else.

like the person above me said, as long as its away from your Ts, use bug spray.
i kno how you feel with the chirping it drives me crazy 2.

Gosh, hope you guys never come to my house, you'd go nuts. We have cricket chirping year around in our house with the crix in the breeding enclosures and the escapees.

Try a couple of insect traps. They make them in the shape of a little box with some kind of glue in them (I think it also has an insecticide in it). They are similar to "roach motels". Bugs go in, get stuck and die. They don't come back out to track insecticide all over your house. We have them where I work and I often see crickets in them.
