M. balfouri first bite report?

I haven't seen a bite report for M. balfouri anywhere online, but there was just one published by the Journal of Emergency Medicine yesterday. I can't get full text without paying $30, but the abstract lists perioral paresthesia (mouth numbness), generalized muscle cramps, and rhabdomyolysis (breakdown in muscle tissue.) I'd love to see the full report; I'll see if I can finagle a copy.

Yeah, don't get bit I do like knowing what I'm dealing with. Rhabdomyolysis seems like an unusual symptom for tarantula bites (though ianad). It shows up more in brown recluse bite reports. I wonder whether balfouri venom has necrotic properties.

That’s highly unlikely given it has been accepted for publication.
