First off, is there any experience grasshopper keepers, or are you all just into spiders?

Second off: the issue.
All of my grasshopper nymphs once they make their final molt to adulthood, they all molt really funky, their legs are all twisty, they only live for about 3 days, and all my years of grasshopper keeping, I have never seen something like that.

In other words, help me my grasshopper broken.

If they're anything like certain roach species, humidity and warmth has a massive effect on the success of a moult and whether or not they display messed up wings and stuff in adults. Maybe it's one of these factors?

They need decent humidity, heat, and a vertical surface they can grip and molt from. Since they're big and bulky they let gravity help them emerge.
