Hi, its a 7in. female. It was a small live mouse I fed her (I supervised her). The males have a very nice purpleish irridescence on the carapace and femurs, while the female is copper/brown color.

really, so its easy to tell male from female when there adults..damn 7 inches didnt look that big whoa

Here's a pic of a male I posted before. The mature males are very leggy and purple.

Too bad I can't hold her anymore, for a while anyway. Shes been getting agressive since she was getting fat. Now shes starting to lay down some silk, not in massive amounts but silk nontheless. They are a wondering specie, so I think she must be getting ready to lay.
