Got an African Red Trapdoor Spider (Gorgyrells sp.)
She's a mean little bitch, and a pethole, but she's neat as hell. She's currently in the process of slowly building her new burrow. Enjoy.

Well gee-whiz, I don't know. I though they were supposed to be in bare kritter-keepers?

I took the pictures before the switch into her new tank, obviously.

;)

And thanks for the kind words. I hope she'll do okay in her new home. She still hasn't completed a burrow. I'm kind of worried.

Yea, I just did. I losened up the dirt in her cage and picked up the corners of her tank. We'll see what happens by morning.

 Kick ass Goomba:clap: I just received an East African Gold and Black Trap door today (thought to be the Stasimopus sp.). Pretty damn aggressive as well. Already built it's burrow.

I wouldn't be too worried about the spider not having built it's trap yet, sometimes they can take a while. My L. murphyorum took a couple of days, but now it's all set up.

Congrats man!
