So I'll cut to the chase. I've got 3 liocheles australisiae females that I keep in circular palm sized deli cups, separate, with pretty moist soil, springtails and a small piece of bark laying on the soil in each cup. I've had these scorpions for over half a year till this point and they have not reproduced for me yet(yes they are parthenogenetic, I know). Do they need vertical surfaces or something I might not be offering? And I do feed them regularly(twice a week). Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you guys in advance.

Sounds like everything is fine. This species doesn't need vertical surfaces. Patience is all it takes.

Probably just too soon. For what it's worth, the habitats I find them the most here are indeed ff the ground. Almost always under bark, in rotting wood etc off the ground. Not high, just not often under the log but under the bark on the top or sides of a log, if that makes sense. My usual assumption is just to avoid flooding. I would think they would be fine under stuff in areas with lesser rainfall. Anyway, that's how we find em almost everytime. Termites and/or ants are also usually present.
