This is Babs my pride and joy. OBT was what made me want a tarantula and she was my second T.

I think she is a he but one can wish...

She is really chill and comes out for food when I handle her enclosure.

New Spider Day! Phormictopus Atrichromatus, and what a beauty!

I am assuming late juvenile male based on the price (75 USD) and he was a chain store grab

But I was talking about your H.pulchripes ( i also have the H.baviana, H.cafreriana and the H.namaquensis
Looking at the other ones you posted ... I have a small T. Apophysis female still with the white feet , and a bigger T.blondi female.
I have 4 Phormictopus including the P.atrichomatus

Just confirmed my t. Stirmi is female as well, maybe time to slow down on getting new Ts haha.

I changed a bedroom for spider room ......
But with 100 spiders you still need a lot off space to home all spiders as adult.
I am not thinking about the space NOW, but when all are adult, do I have space for them.

I have a little problem ... I love G.iheringi and A.geniculata ... every time the sling is juvi I get a new sling .
I have 1.2.0 G.iheringi and will get a new one once I find a sling, and 1.1.2 A.geniculata ...... and again I want to get a new one lol.
But I don't have room for all the adult ones if I keep doing that.

Thought behind the story ... get as many as you want, but make sure you have room for them once they are adult.

T. Stirmi got her forever home. My corn snake got upgraded so now the stirmi gets a 20 long!

Yours looks amazing .. goodlooking..... nice.

I started feeling bad about how small my phormictopus' enclosure was, and he kept pacing it. I grabbed this with the 20% off it was under $50.

Definitely a good sized upgrade and way more ventilation.

In last night's edition of pimp my enclosure, moss and fake plants for the T. stirmi and p. atrichromatus.

I did most of the phormictopus stuff by hand and he was chill. I used tweezers for the green moss which was the only one he attacked and threat posed at lmao.
