3 years sounds like a while to me! i wouldn't imagine that they would live for much more than a year more. but maybe someone who has raised them from slings could give you a better estimate.Does anyone know how long Steatoda species can live for? I have a bunch of S. borealis that I have had for over 3 years, and they were full grown when I caught/rescued them (from my grandmother who would have squished them).
