Here is Caesar, one of the jewels in my collection. When I bought him, he had coccidia and hookworms and passed bloody stools. It took a lot of work disinfecting his cage everyday, but now he's my biggest boy weighing in at 89 grams. I wouldn't give him up for the world.

Zora was incubated for female but turned out to be male. I thought it was kind of cool to let him keep his girly name. :D I haven't weighed him yet, but he's definitely over 70 grams. If some of you remember, I posted baby pics of him about half a year ago.

I figured I would go ahead and throw in a pic of one of my Bells, since I've got the other two strains on here. This is Griff, who also weighs in the 70+ range. The picture kind of washes out his color, but he's got some great tang color to him.

And finally, here's my stud male Dakota. He was only 54 grams when I took the pic (still a baby). I haven't weighed him recently, but I'm guessing he's at least 65-70 grams.

I acquired this guy recently just because I've been wanting to own one as a cool pet. My boyfriend talked me into wanting to breed them though.

My heart lies with brooksi though. This male's getting ready to shed. He doesn't look too great in the picture because the breeder cooled him over the winter. Not very well-started for an '04, but I expect him to be the best-looking one of all once I get him in shape.

That first leo looks like the Male I got from anthony last year that died 3 days later. Did you get that one from anthony? What did you use to get him better? I have a FatTail gecko that has green runny poop, and a female who layed eggs about 2 months ago and hasn't put any weight back on, and has stopped eating? I am thinking about getting some Panicur ever tried that? Right now I have been using ParaZap with the FatTail not sure if it is doing any good yet.

Chances are your Fat Tails are wild caught. Most WC specimens come with a load of internal parasites and veterinary attention is usually required unless you are familiar with Panacur/Fenbendazole dosage and treatment.

Yeah I'm pretty sure it's wild caught, I got it from PetCo  But it's real pretty was the only one with a white stripe down it's back and had it's tail. Have any of you tried para zap before? I heard it works pretty good.

Never tried Para Zap...I've had great success with Panacur though.

Yup, that one I got from Anthony a couple of years ago. I used Albon and Pyrantel Pamoate to get him better, plus rigorous cage cleaning. My guess is that Anthony had coccidia running throughout his whole colony because the free leopard he gave me (from a different breeding) also had it. They probably got it from his bearded dragons.

Anyway, Parazap is only effective against some types worms. I know the label says it helps reduce coccidia, but that's only because it's easier for the immune system to get rid of coccidia when it's not weakened by worms. Panacur is also only effective against some types of worms. There's a mess of other parasites your animals could have that Panacur won't do any good for. Your best bet is to have fecal tests done by a vet who can then prescribe the right kinds of medications. That way, you know exactly what types of parasites you're treating for, and you're providing exactly the right types of meds instead of shotgunning with the wrong ones.

I was going to get a fcal done but his poop is runny so it soaks into the papertowel and I figured it would be useless?

That Dakota is one of the best looking Geckos I have ever seen.
