Hey, I was cleaning and feeding everyone tonight and noticed one of my leos staring me down, lol. It went over to it's worm bowl and stared straight up at me until I fed it haha. Took a couple pics, thought you guys might get a laugh.

XD And as to why the worm bowl is empty...It's more of a novelty really. I tong feed all my geckos daily. More fun that way I think.

(Crickets and Wax worms. XD)

Yeah, they don't get many of those. Mostly just when I run out of crickets really, then they get a couple of the worms. I just love hand feeding the guys, though. It's awesome.

How are they with handling? I'm looking at getting a gecko (eventually, for money is involved and I'm fresh out of college and poor {D ) and I'm wavering between leopard and crested geckos.

Young ones are flighty and will try to run 8/10 times, but the juveniles and adults are pretty laid back. Cresteded geckos are more tolerable to handling, they just jump a lot from hand to hand, so you have to keep an eye on them. They feel so much different than any other reptile i've held. As a pet, I'd recommend leopards though, to be honest...More curious in my opinion. Entertaining.

Mine have gotten super chunky since I started feeding them dubia nymphs. They are a cute species. They love the dubias so much, I have to really watch how much I give them. This such a cute docile species. I am glad I got into them.
