my Sister has a leo gecko that grew/has - fluid sacs/cyst under her arms .
it doesn't seem to be troubling her to this point but what are these ? leave em
be or what ? IDK

+1 but you might want to cut back on the feeding a little, unless you are planning on breading her.

For some reason I thought they were calcium sacs. I know every gecko has them. I think that might be it. I could be wrong, though.

It's usually a combination of both when they're that big.My big 120+ gram Tangerine male had these for the longest time.
