My leopard is suffering from a bad moult...It still has the skin stuck to it's legs and head....Any idea how to get rid of it ? Been there for days....
Shallow warm water bath? I think I've read something like that somewhere and it's what I'd do with my snakes if it came to any such trouble in case they wouldn't shed their eyelids.
Get a tupperwear and put in some warm moist papertowels and put him in there (in a warm place) and let him "soak" in the humidity for a few hours, then peel it off.
Leos need a moist place to shed. If they are too dry the skin will stick sometimes causing toes to die if they cant get the skin off.
