Saw this one today, and I was guessing it to be a male black widow. It looks alot like http://www.biosurvey.ou.edu/okwild/misc/bwmale.html
On the other hand, I know very little about Latrodectus sp.
Location: close to the Veracruz/Puebla border, under a rock in a dry river bed.
(I have on my site more Latrodectus sp. pictures, different location, most likely different species, for example: http://johnbokma.com/mexit/2006/06/26/chavarillo-barranca-1.html female with egg sac).
