Which do you guys prefer -- Kritter Keeper or Exo-Terra Faunarium -- and why?

Also, out of the sizes(of the brand you prefer) which size do you recommend for an active subadult T.

New to this so any feedback is appreciated.

Wait, aren't these the exact same thing?
Except exo terras only come in black?

Depends on what kind of T you have. But for my terrestrials I get KKs. Can't beat the price - other than using a rubbermade tub. I would never spend more than a few bucks on a T enclosure.

I keep my crickets in a large faunarium, and personaly would perfer a KK for a tarantula. The "flaps" on the top of faunarium I find really loose on the large one, but on my smaller one its a little better.

Hobo -- It looks hat way except, vents seem different and maybe different dimensions. I was just wondering which people prefer, but you have a point.

MichReptiles -- It will be for a 4-5 inch Eupalaestrus campestratus that is pretty active.

kripp keeper -- thank you for the info, don't want anything that needs modifications to be secure

Thanks for your responses and any to come.

Dude . . . You dont have to see a t in a enclosure , just take a ruler , and put it in or by the cage and guess if thats right . If they dont like it , change solutions :) Anyways , I use Large KK !

smallara98 -- it's just that this is going to be my first T and I don't want to be one of those people that isn't prepared, or doesn't have th proper setup. Sorry for being a little too thorough, i just want everything to go well.

I house a 5in female A. seemani in a Large KK , and a 4in female A. versicolor in one flipped on its side . Your t should be just fine :)

You could always get a 5 or 10 gallon aquarium, and put it on a nice little table for display.:)

i would love a table display, but my 1 year old pretty much ruins that idea. but she'll probably be on display somewhere. Either in the living room(but not on a reachable table) or in the kitchen.

kripp keeper -- I think I would rather have an acrylic enclosure instead of an aquarium.

Yeah, I've looked at those enclosures a few times. They seem really good, just can't afford it at the moment. That's why I was thinking Kritter Keeper, at least for right now.

Thank you for all your input so far kripp keeper. I appreciate it.
