The stray female kitty we took in had kittens today, it was an interesting experience for sure. Everyone seems to be doing fine so far, weights are normal and they're all eating and meowing when they can't get to a nipple (which they do find). She had six total and I think this was her first litter as she didn't seem to know what to do. I'm glad we bonded enough that she wanted me nearby as I've never gotten to see any animals be born. Having said that, I never want to see any animals be born again, people should fix their pets if they aren't breeding them ethically.
