Yes its about to shed (before it sheds the eyes will become clear again)
Spray the cage a little extra

Yep, just slightly mist with warm water to raise the humidity

What everyone has posted is definitely correct. Higher humidity equals less problems when shedding. That doesn't mean that you are going to have to mist the cage each and every time your snake is going to shed though. It depends on the humidity level where you are at. See what happens if you don't mist the cage when your snake is shedding, it might be just fine. If it always comes off in one piece, I wouldn't worry about it.

For example, we have roughly fifty adult breeding snakes that we view almost daily and always know which snake is going to shed and when. We don't ever mist the cages and have never had any problems (they do have full water bowls that they can crawl into though). Bob Clark has roughly 8000 snakes (trust me I've taken a rough count) and there is no way that he can mist all them that are shedding on a daily basis. He doesn't mist them and they don't have problems. Again though, it's all dependant on the relative humidty of the area that you are in.

Everyone here is right: Just make sure the humidity doesn't drop during the shed process and you'll be fine.
