snakes do not entirely rely on temp for brumation. You can assist by altering light cycles. Try putting them in a dark place for a few months (like a cool closet)
Do not disturb them any more than necessary. Do check & change the water weekly & monitor their weight every couple weeks. If you see they are loosing substantial weight then ditch the effort.
Remember to stop feeding two weeks prior to attempting to brumate. They need to clear their digestive tracts first. Any undigested food will rot in their guts, killing them.
I don't know if that would happen in warmer situations but I wouldn't take the chance.
