Mine always went nuts for high-pitched music with a fast beat and short, choppy words. Their absolute favorite was Frankie Valli and the 4 Seasons singing "Peanuts". They would hear it and start bouncing all over the cage to the beat, screeching, whistling, crawling through their own legs, hanging upside down spinning on their toys and generally having a great time.
If yours aren't used to being handled start slow with your hand just being still in the cage for a while every day for a few days. Then try putting your index finger slowly in front of the bird's legs and gently touching him. He should step right on. Just let him sit there a bit each day until he does it easily before you attempt taking him out. Be prepared for a nip. They can give a wicked pinch but they don't usually break the skin badly and should let go quickly.
First thing you need to do is to seperate them. Handtaming is only effective if you are the only "bird" they are getting affection from. After they are trained, they can be in with others & training can continue. Really its best just to get one or two & keep them in 2 seperate cages but letting them out to play together. Kim
Clipping their wings if they aren't already helps immensely in hand-training. No mirrors and separate the birds at first. They will bond to their reflection or to each other more readily than to you.
