Flick hairs probably. Can’t tell for certain without photos

Yes they will come back after molting

its really not a maybe....he is definitely talking about a nicaraguan albo

Pics please? It could be multiple reasons:

1) Flicking hairs (defense mechanism to being handled, something scaring it in its tank, "marking territory", brushing against its hide or plant inside the tank.)

2) In pre-molt (you can tell because their abdomen is very big and their bald spot will go from peach-coloured to black, and when it is black, you leave them alone! Make sure they have their water dish filled and cleaned and there is no prey roaming inside their tank.)
