This little critter is so damn cute!!! Ok well now I have him, he can walk and run, but is still a baby. He's warm and comfy in a big box with a pile of shirts. I need to know how to take care of him b4 he dies...ASAP. I already went to http://www.squirrel-rehab.org and that was helpful! He's not injured btw.

Thanks

I got this from one of my Yahoo petsitter's group.
Another pet sitter found a baby squirrel, and was asking how to care for it:

"You can feed them kitten milk (KMR) with a syringe. I used to take care
of them when I worked for the wildlife rescue in Los Angles. We were
real careful about not making any 'human' noises around them or talking
or anything because they imprint at this age on their mother. It may be
wise to get some gloves, KMR and a syringe. Quietly feed it, then leave
it in the box for the mother. My only concern would be a cat or dog
seeing a great opportunity to get a squirrel. I believe they need to
eat every 4 hours or so, just like a kitten."

hope that helps somewhat!

Thanks!

I already met up with a local rehabilitator and they're taking care of it now:D

I'm glad!
