Nah, just your garden variety leucistic Texas rat snake(Elaphe obsoleta lindheimeri...I think). He's a real looker in person & seems to enjoy being handled, just not much of an eater...sigh.

Beautiful snake. The only one I ever got my hands on was 'not as friendly'. By the end he made sure I respected him in one way or another lol. If you can get one without obvious 'bug eyes' though it's I still worth it with next to no matter towards of the temperament. They're among the colubrids I'm fond of (if you can't tell already).

Thanks, y'all! I'm probably being an overprotective parent, but "Cracka" has eaten only once since I got him. At the time(3/15ish), he was in shed, which he completed a week and a half later. He took a sm. F/T rat after a week, but has shown zero interest since. I'm estimating 3+ weeks since last meal. I'm considering offering up a live rat. Any thoughts?
