Jumping Spider - starting to moult or just not happy?

So I got a jumping spider (P. Regius) and everything was going well, eating every 3-4 days but for the last week and a half it's stayed in it's web and very rarely come out. Tried it with food but not interested.

Is it getting ready to moult? would it usually take this long? He's alive but just not coming out of his web.

This thread has some good info, but it sounds like it may just be molting.
