Just wait, and don't disturb the molting spider any more. Probably no reason to worry 👍

Just wait. They contort themselves a lot when molting. The best thing you can do is leave it alone. Go out and get a latte with your most talkative friend, who will chat with you forever and keep you away from obsessing over this spider that just needs to be left alone to take care of its own business.
