Jumping spider food help.

I have a female bold jumping spider I caught outside. I went to the pet store and looked for crickets but they are out of them. Instead, I bought "giant mealworms". I didn't get the normal larg mealworms because the shipment just came in so they were more like baby ones lol. So anyways I was gonna get waxworms but I was thinking that they would be too small. I kinda overestimated the size of her lol because the "giant mealworms" as they are labeled, were big. I found a small one in there so I fed it and she got it. Do you think the other ones are too big? Should I go back and get waxworms instead?

Cut the big one in half and leave ‘em put for her. She will get them eventually

yes, cutting them should do the trick, but yeah... usually food needs to be about an inch long or a little less for large jumpers so that should help when it comes to eyeballing it
