Hello! I got a young regius today, and was wondering if it is okay to take the jumper out her her enclosure to eat? She’s currently on fruit flies and the holes in her enclosure are just big enough for the flies to escape, so I wanted to put her in the small deli cup she came home in to eat. Is that okay or will it stress her out being moved to eat? Worst case scenario I can just add extra flies and have a few escapees, as long as she still gets some

It's fine, it's a good way to feed them roaches that try to bury too, another is a small round food bowl they can't escape from. When they get older or close to a molt and start slipping, it can be the only way.
