Jumper ID?

I found this spider outside my house, in minnesota. Does anyone know what kind of spider this is? Its a jumper for sure, shes very small, like a bit smaller than a fly. I dont know if its a baby or small adult

Native to Northern and Western Asia.
Introduced / Invaded North America in 1950s early 60s.
Size 1/8 to 1/6 inch or 3 to 4 mm.
